Item Return and Refund Policy 


1. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods
  • Personalized items
  • Gift cards

2. Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, you must contact our customer support within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. Please provide the following details:

  • Order number
  • Item details
  • An image of the item
  • Reason for the return

Our support team will guide you through the next steps.

3. Return Shipping

Shipping or delivery costs associated with returning the item will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).


Refunds

1. Processing Time

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed within 24 hours, and the refund amount will be credited to your online wallet with ShopLika. If rejected, the item will be sent back to you.

2. Exclusions


Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. We also cannot provide refunds for items that are damaged or lost during the return shipping process.
